2027 : Chief Dr David Kalvin Unveils “Let’s Build Together Manifesto For Fufore-Song Fed Constituency

Chief Dr. Pwaashino David Kalvin, an aspiring candidate for the House of Representatives for the Fufore-Song Federal Constituency in Adamawa State, has formally launched his election manifesto titled “Let’s Build Together,” outlining an eight-point agenda for transformative representation.
The manifesto, anchored on principles of integrity, competence, and unity, promises a departure from conventional politics, focusing on inclusive development and purposeful leadership for the constituency and made available to Newsmen in Yola, the Adamawa state Capital.
In his preamble, Dr. Kalvin stated that the people of Fufure and Song deserve purposeful leadership, inclusive development, and a strong voice at the National Assembly.
He presented a vision for a “united, empowered, and economically vibrant” constituency where every citizen has access to opportunity, security, quality education, and healthcare.
The detailed manifesto is built on eight core pillars which include;
Quality Education For All: Promises to advocate for federal intervention to upgrade schools, provide scholarships for indigent students, support teacher training, and renovate classrooms.
Accessible Healthcare: Aims to secure federal support for modern health facilities, improve maternal and child care, and expand community health outreach programs, Youth Empowerment & Employment: Focuses on skills acquisition, federal job initiatives, support for entrepreneurship, and sports talent development, describing the youth as the “greatest asset.”
Women Empowerment: Plans to drive economic empowerment through grants, cooperatives, skills training, and advocacy for greater inclusion of women in governance.
Others are, Agriculture & Rural Development: Vows to pursue federal support for farm inputs, irrigation, mechanization, low-interest loans, and storage facilities to boost the agricultural sector, Infrastructure & Community Development: Commits to attracting projects for rural electrification, clean water supply, road construction, and building community halls and markets and Security & Peace Building: Chief Dr.David Pledges to support community policing initiatives, engage security agencies for better protection, and promote youth engagement to reduce crime.
Effective Representation & Accountability: Guarantees regular town hall meetings, an open-door policy, transparent reporting, and strong advocacy for the constituency in Abuja.
In his closing promise, Chief Dr. Kalvin committed to “dedicated service, honest leadership, and inclusive governance,” asserting that the mandate “will belong to the people not to personal interests.”
The manifesto concludes with a stirring call to action, urging constituents to unite beyond tribe, religion, and politics.
“Let us dream together. Let us work together. Let us build together,” it states, ending with an appeal for votes for Chief Dr. Pwaashino David Kalvin for the House of Representatives.
Political analysts note that the manifesto is comprehensive and strategically targets key grassroots issues—education, healthcare, agriculture, and infrastructure—which are likely to resonate with the local electorate.
