Your Reign Shall Be Peaceful And Fruitful – Prince David Calvin To New Emir of Fufore

Prince David Calvin, one of the descendants of late Homon Babu Bagale dynasty, has rejoiced with the newly installed Emir of Fufore (Lamido Fuunage), His Royal Highness, Alhaji Sani Ahmadu Ribadu on his presentation of 2nd Class-Staff-of-Office by the Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri on Wednesday, 5th February 2025.

Prince David Calvin in a congratulatory message made available to Newsmen at the Atiku Abubakar Stadium Fufore, the venue for the coronation of the new Emir said;
“As a proud son of Fufore, I send my hearty congratulations to you on your coronation as the pioneer Emir of Fufore.
“The honour is not only to you your Highness and the entire Ribadu family, but to the entire people of Fufore and Adamawa state at large.

“Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has really emancipated us and I believed with your pedigree and Royalty, it shall be well with you.
“Your reign shall be peaceful and fruitful.
“Accept my heartfelt felicitations as one of your subjects”.
The Congratulatory letter which traced the trajectory of historical facts of Fufore to fishing , farming and trading also attributed the prevailing peace in the local government area to peaceful coexistence among the diverse ethnic groups in the border local government area with Cameroun Republic.
Prince David Calvin who holds the title of RAGOH BATTA, pledged to support the new Emir in his bid to foster unity and development of the Emirate.
