University Implementation Committee Inspects Proposed Staff Quarters, University Sites in Gembu

The Chairman of Sardauna Local Government, Hon. M. J. Umar, has led the Committee on the implementation of Taraba State University of Tropical Agriculture, Science, Technology and Climate Action, Gembu, comprising Prof. Mahmud Hamidu Umar, Chairman of the Committee, and other members, on an inspection visit to the Rest House, Gembu, the proposed site for the University Staff Quarters.


The inspection visit also took to the Committee to TADP, the Permanent site for the university’s take-off, which is expected to begin its first academic session in May 2026 with a remedial programme.


The visit was aimed at assessing the state of existing facilities, the safety of the environment, and identifying areas that require immediate attention to ensure a conducive accommodation for staff of the university and a suitable learning environment for students.
