Taraba Skating Team Receive Heartwarming Reception

In a heartwarming display of unity and pride, the Senior Special Assistant to the Taraba State Governor on Grassroots Sports Development and two-time African Badminton Champion, Mr Jinkam Bulus Ifraimu, and some youths from across the state came out in large numbers to welcome their returning heroes from an international skating competition.
The athletes, who represented the state with distinction, were greeted with resounding cheers and heartfelt appreciation for their outstanding performance on the global stage.
Speaking at the welcome event, Mr Jinkam Bulus Ifraimu reaffirmed his commitment to youth development and the enhancement of sports infrastructure across the state.
He described the athletes’ achievements as a shining example of the immense potentials embedded in the state’s young people.
He emphasized that this milestone not only brings pride to the state but also serves as a solid stepping stone in preparation for the upcoming National Sports Festival scheduled to be held in Ogun State.
