Taraba High Court Issues Vacation Notification For Christmas, New Year

The Chief Judge of Taraba State, Justice Joel Agya, on Tuesday notified the State High Courts of the 2025 Christmas vacation from Wednesday Dec. 24 to Friday Jan. 2, 2026.

A statement issued by Justice Agya in Jalingo stated that the notice was in line with the Taraba State High Court Civil Procedure Rules 2011.
“Whereas it is provided under Order 8 Rule 4 (C) of the Taraba State High Court Civil Procedure Rules 2011.
“That the civil matters shall be held on every workday except during the period beginning on Christmas Eve ending on January 2, next following.
“Now, therefore, it is hereby notified for general information that there shall be Christmas vacation of the High Court throughout the state commencing from Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025, to end on Friday Jan. 2026.
