Taraba Govt Flags Off Distribution of Mobile Science Laboratory Kits To Secondary Schools

As part of his commitment to the implementation of the free education policy, the Taraba State Governor, Dr Agbu Agbu Kefas’ has formally Flagged off the distribution and training on the use of Mobile Science Laboratory Kits to Secondary Schools in state.
The flagging of the distribution which took place at the Nyamusala Secondary School Jalingo was attended by Government functionaries.
The Free education policy of the Taraba state Government declared by Governor Abu Kefas shortly after assuming office has yet received a boost as another components of the policy which is the technology aspect generally believe to be a vital component and a driving factor in achieving the desired goals of the policy has been launched.
Represented by his Deputy, Alhaji Aminu Abdullahi Alkali, the Governor said implementing the free education policy and its components is non negotiable.
The Commissioner for Science and Technology, Hon Muslim Aruwa whose Ministry is saddled with the responsibility of organizing the occasion and the distribution and training as well, described science equipment in the implementation of the free education policy as critical.
The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Alhaji Idris Goje,
Principal of Nyamusala Government Secondary School Jalingo, Freeda Amos,
and the Vice Chancellor of the Taraba state University Jalingo, Professor Sunday Paul Bako all described the distribution of the science laboratory kits as timely.
