Taraba Gov Unveils Logo For International Investment Summit

The Taraba State Governor, Dr Agbu Kefas, has unveiled the official logo for the Taraba State International Investment Summit, scheduled to hold on May 21, 2025, in Jalingo.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony held at TY Danjuma House Jalingo, the state capital, Governor Kefas emphasized the historic nature of the event, noting that since the creation of the state, Taraba has never hosted a summit solely dedicated to showcasing its vast economic potentials to the global community.
He said the logo is not just a graphic design but an emblem of collective ambition.
The governor said the summit represents a renewed drive to open Taraba to the world.
Chairman of the Taraba State Investment Committee, Ndudi Elumelu, disclosed that the committee had held its inaugural meeting and has equally set up various sub-committees.

He said these sub-committees, were tasked with developing detailed work plans and budgets to guide the summit’s execution.
Elumelu also announced that international media giant CNN would air components of the summit’s commercial campaign, with local media promotions expected to commence shortly.
He commended Governor Kefas for making the committee’s work seamless by personally reaching out to potential investors across the globe.
He said by the end of the summit, Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) and several investment deals will be sealed.
Providing insight into the summit logo, Commissioner for Information and Reorientation, Zainab Usman Jalingo, stated that the design reflects the vision for economic prosperity and sustainable development in Taraba State.
The investment summit aims to reposition Taraba as a viable destination for global capital, innovation, and development partnerships.
