Taraba Gov Trains 100 youths on Entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation

The Taraba State Governor, Agbu Kefas Thursday began the training of one hundred unemployed youth on Entrepreneurship, leadership, education, innovation and community engagement among others in the state.

The Director General, Taraba Resource Centre, Dr Paul Maigida Tino who disclosed this during a two day transformative workshop organised for the participants, said the programme was organised to train the youths on understanding the 5-fingers strategies for the youths to become change champions.
“Today marks an important milestone in our collective journey towards building a brighter future for our dear state, one that is driven by the energy, passion and innovation of our youths.
“His Excellency, Dr Agbu Kefas’s vision for Taraba’s progress is rooted in these very strategies, and we are here today to equip you with knowledge and tools to bring this vision to life” he said.
He noted that the workshop on the 5-fingers strategies are not just theoretical concepts but actionable framework designed to empower the youth as leaders.
“These strategies covers critical areas such as Entrepreneurship, leadership, education, innovation and community engagement.
“By exploring this key areas, we aim to inspire each one of you take bold steps towards becoming change champions in your communities.
“The knowledge, skills and strategies you will gain are intended to help you navigate challenges, seizes opportunities and contribute meaningfully to socio economic development of Taraba state” he added.
