Taraba: Emulate Tinubu’s life-style – APC chieftain urges Nigerians

A chieftain of the Taraba State chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon. Stephen Othaniel, has called on Nigerians both Muslims and Christians to emulate the lifestyle of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Hon. Othaniel, who doubles as the Senior Legislative Aid to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, said President Tinubu, a Muslim living with a Christian wife (a Pastor) as husband and wife is worthy of emulation.
He spoke with newsmen in an interview shortly after distributing 1,000 bags of Rice to Taraba youths and women to help them celebrate the 2025 yuletide.
The event held at the swimming pool side of the Jolly Nyame stadium in Jalingo, Othaniel added that if Nigerians emulate the lifestyle of President Tinubu, everybody will live in peace.

Explaining that the bags of Rice distributed was part of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) of President Tinubu, Othaniel opined that some NGOs like Tinubu Support Group (TSG) came together and donated bags of Rice for people to celebrate the festive periods in respect to President Tinubu’s government.
Taraba born APC chieftain further disclosed that his team were at the event on behalf of Mr. Jerry S. Mamwe, who according to him, was nominated by Mr. President and confirmed by the Senate to represent Nigeria in one of the countries as an Ambassador.
“It was because of Mr. Mamwe’s busy schedules and Mr. James Faleke that we were delegated to come and distribute the items on behalf of Tinubu Support Group (TSG) to the people of the State for their festive celebrations”,
“As you can see now, the beneficiaries are rejoicing and jubilating over the gesture, if Nigerians can emulate Mr. President, who is a Muslim and his wife, not only a Christian but a Pastor, things will go well in this country”, he added.
Also speaking in an interview, Aminu Abba Sale, APC chairman, Karim Lamido LGA prayed God to bless Mr President and their master, Mr. James Faleke for the gesture, saying the people are happy, rejoicing and jubilating.
