Taraba CSDA Chairperson Charges Youths To Be Proactive

Youths have been charged to be proactive in all their activities as future leaders of the country.
The Taraba State Chairperson of the Community and Social Development Agency CSDA Hon Dr Leah Olusiyi Solomon gave the charge while playing host to members of the Grassroots Movement for the People’s Democratic Party, PDP in Zing Local Government Area of the state paid her a congratulatory visit in Jalingo.
Our Correspondent reports that the Acting Chairman of the Youth Group, Sirajo Yahaya had said they were in her office to congratulate her on the appointment as the State Chairperson of the CSDA.
Sirajo Yahaya stressed that Hon Leah has been a beacon of hope to the less privileged members of her community hence the need to identify with her during time of joy.
According to the acting Chairman, the Zing community has benefitted from the gesture of Hon Leah as former teacher and mentor to many, stressing that she remains their role model.
Some members of the entourage who spoke lauded the efforts of Dr Leah in bringing about development to Zing community, calling for other politicians to emulate her.
Responding, State Chairperson of the CSDA, Hon Dr Leah Olusiyi Solomon expressed appreciation for the visit, assuring that she will continue to assist the less privileged members of the society.
She cautioned them as a Youth coalition to remain united for the progress of the PDP in Zing local Government Area, Taraba State and Nigeria at large.
Dr Leah Solomon advised them not to follow wrong ways are they engage in their daily activities, adding that transparency is expected from them to excel.
The CSDA Chairperson confirmed that they are the first group to visit her on a congratulatory mission, stressing that the visit will remain a morale booster, promising to work for the hard to reach communities across the state.
According to her, the CSDA will embark on Education, water supply, health care and rural roads construction among other sectors of human endeavors.
A member of the CSDA Board, Hon Enoch Mai Shara Saluted the youth group for the visit, assuring them of the readiness of CSDA to reach the rural communities with its activities hence the need to cooperate to reap the democratic dividends.
Highlights of the visit was the presentation of T Shirts to the representatives of the youth group and cash donation.
