GOVERNMENT OF TARABA STATE
APPROVAL OF RECERTIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY (C of Os)
The Governor of Taraba State, Dr. Agbu Kefas, has approved the recertification of all Certificates of Occupancy (C of Os) in Taraba State. This important exercise is aimed at ensuring that all landed property documents are up to date and in compliance with current regulations.
All landed property owners are hereby advised to avail themselves of this opportunity by visiting the TAGIS Headquarters (formerly Bureau for Land and Survey) located at Donga Road, Jalingo.

– Duration of the Exercise: The recertification exercise is expected to last for only six months.
– Charges:
Please note that late charges will apply after the expiration of the given six-month period.
We urge all landed property owners to take this matter seriously and ensure that their Certificates of Occupancy are recertified within the stipulated time frame to avoid any penalties.
