NFSS Seeks Collaboration With Federal Polytechnic Bali

The Nigeria Forest Security Service, NFSS has solicited collaboration with the Federal Polytechnic Bali in Taraba State.
The NFSS expressed this willingness during a courtesy call on the Rector of the Federal Polytechnic, Bali, Dr. Mohammed Usman in his office in Bali, the administrative headquarters of Bali Local Government Area of Taraba State.
The NFSS Taraba State Commandant, Mr Philip Bala Angelo who led the team, extolled the leadership qualities of the Rector for the successes recorded so far and expressed their interest in collaboration and exploring areas of mutual benefits.
The Asst. Commandant General on training and development, Comrade. A. J Inaloko, who spoke on behalf of the delegation, stressed that the NFSS is committed to protecting Nigeria’s forest resources, believing that by partnering with institutions like the Federal Polytechnic Bali, it will enhance the NFSS efforts.

He appreciated the Rector for the warm reception accorded them and providing the facilities needed during the training of their personnel in the institution.
In his response, the Rector of the Federal Polytechnic, Bali Dr. Mohammed Usman, expressed his enthusiasm for the proposed collaboration with the Nigeria Forestry Security Service.
He expressed excitement about the prospect of working with the NFSS, saying the institution is committed to promoting sustainable development, and partnership that will provide opportunities for the institution especially on improving networking.

According to the Rector, the courtesy visit marked the beginning of a promising partnership between the Nigeria Forest Security Service and the Federal Polytechnic Bali, with the goal of promoting sustainable forest management and environmental conservation.
