MEMBERS OF TARABA STATE BUREAU FOR PEACE AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT (TSBPCM) ON A LEARNING VISIT TO PLATEAU STATE PEACE BUILDING AGENCY (PPBA)

Members of the Taraba State Bureau For Peace and Conflict Management are on a 5- Day Learning Visit to Plateau State Peace Building Agency PSPBA.
The learning visit which is facilitated and sponsored by the GIZ – PEACECORE II PROJECT and which has received the approval and blessing of the Taraba State Government is intended to provide for TSBPCM a structured opportunity for learning and sharing of experiences and to foster knowledge exchange, improve practices, and build a relationship between these two organizations that will strengthen peace building and conflict transformation efforts.
This is also part of the activities lined up towards the official launch of the 5 – Year Strategic Action Plan of the Bureau coming up in October, 2025.
The Chairman of the Bureau Bishop Innocent Rubiruka Solomon is leading this 5- Man delegation to Jos, Plateau State.
It could be recalled that the Governor of Taraba State, Dr Agbu Kefas led administration established the Bureau For Peace And Conflict Management, inaugurated on 27th February 2025 with a clear mandate for Conflict Prevention, Conflict Mediation and Resolution, Peace building and Conflict Transformation in Taraba state.
