Malicious Publications Against Me, Handiwork of Political Enemies – Ibi Chairmanship Candidate
By Our Correspondent
Hon. Emmanuel Ubandoma, Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the fourth coming local government election for Ibi local government Council in Taraba State has said that sponsorship of malicious publications against him are being done by his political enemies.

Ubandoma made the clarification on Saturday while responding in am interview to a recent media publication in the name of stakeholders from Ibi local government area of Taraba State.
The PDP candidate who described the authors of the statement as faceless and cowards, called on the people of Ibi to disregard their malicious media propaganda against his person.
Ubandoma also challenged the so called stakeholders to bring out facts to justify their malicious allegations against him.
“My nomination as the candidate of the PDP for the local government election was unanimously done by PDP stakeholders from Ibi.
“It sounds ridiculous because the same stakeholders cannot go behind to act irresponsibly after they had all endorsed me before the Executive Governor, His Excellency Agbu Kefas and I don’t believe that they stakeholders are involved in such political gangsterism.
‘ I want to make it clear that my nomination is the work of God and no man can stop what God has already ordained.
“I therefore advised those who could be aggrieved to bear with the situation and support our party to victory especially as they have claimed to be supporters of our governor,” Ubandoma added.
It would be recalled that a faceless group who addressed themselves as stakeholders in Ibi Local Government Area of Taraba State have rejected the chairmanship candidature of Emmanuel Ubandoma, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) nominee for the forthcoming local government election.
The stakeholders, under the aegis of Concerned Leaders of Ibi, made their position known in a statement issued on Friday, alleging that Ubandoma had a history of criminal allegations both in the past and at present, insisting that such a record makes him unfit to govern at the grassroots level.
The stakeholders warned that fielding Ubandoma as the PDP’s flag bearer could worsen insecurity and erode public trust in the party within the council area.
