Kefas pledges completing all inherited projects in Taraba
OKERAFOR ATHANATIUS, JALINGO
Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba State has pledged completing all inherited projects that have direct bearing on the lives of the people of the State.
Kefas, who made the pledge while inspecting the Mararraba- Baissa -Abong road in Kurmi Local Government Area of the State said the road project is crucial towards the development of the state.
The governor added that inspection of the road project necessitated his visit for first hand information.
He also assured Tarabans that his administration would be prudent in the use of state resources for the good of all.
While expressing happiness that there is peace in the state, the governor promised to do all it takes to sustain it.
Some stakeholders of the area who spoke on the visit lauded the Governor for taking time out of his tight schedule to embark on the tour.
Echo Express gathered that the Mararraba – Baissa – Abong road in Kurmi local government area of the State was a project of the immediate past administration of Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku which was not completed before the governor’s tenure elapsed.
According to our Reporter, the project when completed would fast track development considering the agricultural potential and natural resources that abound in the area.
Governor Agbu kefas also visited the Bali General Hospital and the Government Lodge all in Bail to inspect ongoing projects.
