Karim 1 Bye-Election: PDP Review Committee Calls for Memoranda

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Committee set up to review the recently concluded Karim I bye-election has called for memoranda from individuals and groups.
This contained in a Press Release signed by Hon. (Dr.) David Ishaya Kassa, on behalf of the Secretary of the Committee.
According to the committee, the submissions should focus on examining the roles played by critical stakeholders in Karim Lamido Local Government Area before and during the election.
Contributors are also expected to highlight institutional lapses and acts of negligence that may have negatively affected the party’s performance.
The committee further urged contributors to make recommendations that will help strengthen the PDP in Karim Lamido and prevent a repeat of the electoral experience of August 16–17, 2025.
All written documents are to be submitted on or before Tuesday next week by 10 am to the Secretary of the Committee at Fast Track Hotels, Jalingo.
The committee reminded members that early submission of memoranda will enable it to complete its work within the two-week timeframe and present its report to the party as scheduled.
