Governor Bala, Grenadian Prime Minister to enhance Bauchi’s economic development

In his efforts to make Bauchi State economically viable to compete with other economically developed States in Nigeria, Governor Bala Mohammed, has engaged the Prime Minister of Grenada and Chairman of CARICOM, Hon. Dickon Mitchell in a partnership meeting in Canada.
The partnership meeting which was facilitated by OZ Consultant, focused on exploring economic partnerships between Bauchi State, Grenada, and other Caribbean nations.
Governor Bala presented Bauchi State’s economic potentials, highlighting opportunities in agriculture, tourism, and trade that align with CARICOM’s regional development goals.
He emphasized the importance of fostering cross-continental collaborations to drive sustainable growth and create mutual benefits.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Mitchell expressed keen interest in the proposals, noting the significance of such partnerships in enhancing global economic ties and fostering innovation in key sectors.
