Gov Kefas policies, programs gears to win battle against poverty in Taraba – Gassol LG Council Boss

The Chairman of Gassol LGA of Taraba state, Hon Abubakar Saidu on Sunday said the policies and programmes of the administration of Governor Agbu Kefas are geared towards winning the battle against poverty in the state.
Abubakar, who stated this during an exclusive interview in Gassol LGA of the state said governor Kefas policies and programmes have effected changes that are currently working on how to reduce poverty in Taraba State.
He stressed that governor Kefas’s administration since inception has established good governance by providing true dividends of democracy to the people of state.
“Governor Kefas has done wonderfully well for us as people, under his watch we now enjoy free education, power supply, massive road construction and prompt payment of workers’ salary.
“we can all attest to the fact that governor Agbu Kefas’s efforts has brought unity, and stability in the state.
Governor Kefas efforts has also brought insecurity to its feet, before his administration came on board, Taraba state was battling with varying degrees of insecurity.
Ranging from Banditry, kidnapping, herders – farmers conflicts which was a nightmare for us all. But immediately he assumed office, he swung into action and we all sleep with our eyes closed now” he noted.
Abubakar who praised the governor for sharing Palliatives to people of the state, said the gesture would go a long way to cushion the severe economic hardships being faced by Nigerians.
“Outside food items shared across, he has equally provided fertilisers to farms in the state to assist farmers during this year’s farming season” he stressed.
He informed that no amount of offer can stop the people of Gassol LGA of the state from supporting the administration of Governor Kefas to revive the state.
