Gombe Gov sympathizes with Govt, People of Bauchi, Ningi Emirate over Emir’s Death

Late Emir of Ningi Alhaji Yunusa Danyaya”s death has been described as a great loss not only to Bauchi State but also to Gombe State and the Country at large.

Governor Bala Mohammed right with Governor Inuwa Yahaya his Gombe State Counterpart. During the condolence visit at Government House Bauchi.

Governor Muhammad Imuwa Yahaya of Gombe State stated, when he led a delegation of prominent citizens of Gombe State to Bauchi State to Condole and commiserate with the government and people of state over the shocking death of the Emir.

 

The delegation, which was co-led by the Emir of Gombe, top government functionaries, ulamas, and religious leaders, was received by Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed.

 

Governor Inuwa shared memories of the late Emir, highlighting his impact on Gombe State, which he described as an “impactful father”.

Receiving the delegation, Governor Bala Mohammed commended his Gombe counterpart for the “brotherhood visit” and prayed to Almighty Allah to reward them.

 

He said the visit of our brothers from Gombe was a testament to the close relationship between the two states and their commitment to supporting each other in times of need.

 

In a related development, the former Governor of Bauchi State Ahmadu Adamu Muazu also paid a condolence visit to Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, the families of late Emir and extend his sympathy to the entire people of Ningi Emirate.

 

He prayed to Almighty Allah to grant him eternal rest.
