Garjila’s family sends forth daughter amidst glaring joy

The family of Dr. Yakubu Ali Garjila, Provost of the Taraba State College of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Jalingo, has sent forth their daughter, Princess Permiya Yakubu ahead of her wedding slated for 5th of April,2025 amidst glaring joy.
Speaking at the sent forth ceremony held at Gonvih Hotels & Resorts, Jalingo, Dr. Yakubu Garjila expressed gratitude to God for preserving his daughter till this moment regardless of everything.
He further appreciated everyone for coming to share in their joy and prayed for God’s continuous guidance, protection and favors upon his daughter and her marriage.
“I never wanted her to stay far away with the fear that she would marry outside but as God will have it, she is marrying outside. I accept it as the Lord’s doing, remain focus, remain blessed, “he said.
Chairman of the occasion Speaker Taraba State House of Assembly, Rt Hon John Kizito Bonzana who was represented by Moses Livinus Bonzena, congratulated Princess Permiya Yakubu for finding the love of her life, urging her to remain a good Ambassador even in her husband’s home.
In her remark the chief celebrant, Princess Permiya ,expressed gratitude to God for keeping her alive to witness such a unique in her life and family, appreciating her parents for guidance, discipline, training, love and care over the years.
“Honestly, I can’t really express how joyous I am but in all things, I thank God for preserving me to witness this remarkable day of my life. I also thank my father and mother for their care, love and formation, they have really shaped me, may God continue to bless and keep them healthy,” she prayed.
She however, appreciated her friends and well wishers for standing by her and also for coming to celebrate with her and prayed that God Almighty should bless the singles with better life partners and the already married, with all it takes to make their marriages work.
The event drew guests from far and near, including high profile personalities from all walks of life and highlights included cutting of cake, presentation of gifts and entertainment among other things.
