The Former Secretary to Bauchi State Government under Governor Isa Yuguda, Barrister Sallau Ibrahim Dandija has lost his father, Alhaji Ibrahim Dandija Misau in the early hours of Wednesday ,28th , August 2024.

Dignatories that attended the funeral prayer which took place at the Emirs Palace Misau includes the Former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and two times Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Bauchi State Deputy Governor Rt.Hon. Mohammed Auwal Jatau, Senator Abdul Ahmad Ningi and other top Government officials.
The funeral prayer was also attended by hundreds of sympathizers from within and across the state.
While condoling with the Dandija family, Misau Emirate Council, Government and People of Bauchi State as a whole over the passing away of the elder statesman, Atiku Abubakar prayed Almighty Allah to grant him Aljannan firdaus.
Atiku Abubakar urged Barrister Sallau Dandija the first Son of the deceased and the entire family to bear the irreparable loss with gratitude considering the fact that all that lives must die passing through nature to eternity.
He called on the family to always engage in special prayers in respect for the late elder statesman for glorious eternal rest.
