The former Governor of Adamawa State, Rt.Hon.Bala James Ngilari has extended his warmest felicitations to His Royal Highness, the Ptil MADAGALI, Dr.Ali Danburam (MBBS, FWACP, FCCP) on his ascension to the Royal throne.

Bala Ngilari is a prominent Nigerian lawyer and politician who by providence served as executive Governor of Adamawa state from October 2014 to May 2015.
The former Governor in his official page said ,he has no doubt that the new Ptil MADAGALI, will bring to play, his wealth of knowledge and experience to build a legacy, encourage peaceful coexistence, stability and attract greater prosperity to his Chiefdom.
