Football: Actions Set To Resume in Domestic Leagues Across the Globe

Following the conclusion of this year’s international break for qualifiers matches as well as international friendlies, actions are set to resume in the domestic leagues across the globe with mouth-watering matches for the enjoyment and entertainment of football fans.
In the English Barclays Premier League, the new Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim will take charge of his first match against Ipswich Town as he begins life in the premier league following the sacking of the former manager, Eric Ten Hag.
Though Manchester United flourished in the three matches played under Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s reign as an interim manager, much still needs to be done if the Red Devils are to challenge any silverware this season while Ipswich Town, on the other hand, secured a surprise 2-1 victory in their first win of the season away from home against Tottenham Hotspur, a result many said is a boaster for Ipswich Town to build on.
So in whatever way one may look at it, the encounter is going to be an interesting one to look out for in the week 12 encounter.
Liverpool FC will travel to St Mary’s Park to take on Southampton, that are still struggling to find their feet in the league, while Chelsea will travel to King’s Power Stadium to lock horns with Leicester City for the three points at stake as Arsenal welcomes high flying Nottingham Forest to the Emirate stadium in London.
Top of this weekend’s encounter is the match between injuries ravaged Manchester City and inconsistent Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium.
In the Spanish LA Liga, actions begin on Friday with Gatafe taking on Real Valladolid as Valencia will return to action for the first time following the postponement of their two encounters as a result of the devastating effects of the torrential rainfall in the region.
Valencia will take on Real Betis, Atletico Madrid welcome Deportivo Alaves as FC Barcelona seek to put behind them the slip against Real Sociedad as they travel across to tackle Celta Vigo while Laganes entertain Real Madrid.
In the Italian Serie A, Hellas Verona will play host to Inter Milan while AC Milan host Juventus at San Siro with Parma taking on Ademola Lookman’s Atalanta who sit second on top of the Italian Serie A league table behind the league leader, Napoli which host AS Roma and in the German Bundesliga, Bayern Munich will seek to go all out for the three points at stake as they play host to FC Augsburg on Friday while Bayer Leverkusen lock horns with Heidenheim, Burussia Dortmund take on SC Freiburg, Hoffenheim host RB Leipzig as Eintrach Frankfurt welcomes Werder Bremen.
