Fombina FM to be Solarized

The New General Manager Fombina FM Yola, Malam Muhammad Babayo Asha has pledged to consolidate on the achievements recorded by his predecessor.
Mallam Muhammad Babayo Asha made the pledge after taking the Mantle of leadership of the Station in a brief ceremony held in Yola.
He assured, the Management and staff of sustaining and improving the milestone recorded in the Station.
The General Manager solicited the support and cooperation of all staff in his renewed vigor to take the station to greater height.
Mallam Babayo Asha promised to justify the confidence repose in him, through new innovation and professionalism.

Earlier, the immediate past General Manager Fombina FM Yola, Dahiru Garba Muhammed who is now the acting Zonal Director FRCN Northeast Zone Bauchi, said under his leadership Fombina FM remain the leading Broadcast medium in Adamawa State.
Mallam Dahiru Garba Muhammed stressed that the station’s revenue generation grew from 3 million per annum to Over 30 Million as at the time he was leaving the station.
He also assured that in no distant time, the station would be solarized to address the problem of power outage

The Former General Manager Commended the Management and Staff of the station for according him an unprecedented support and cooperation which enabled him to achieve success.
Mallam Dahiru Garba Muhammed enjoined the staff to extend the support given to him to the new General Manager.
At a grand reception organised by the Management and Staff of the Station, a Former General Manager of Fombina, Alhaji Abubakar Jimeta commended the immediate past General Manager for taking the station to an appreciable level.
Highlight of the reception was presentation of award from Management, News and Programmes Department to the Former General Manager, Mallam Dahiru Garba Muhammed for exceptional performance while steering the affairs of Fombina FM Yola.
