Eid-el-fitr: 2025 Ramadan, Height of Religious Sacrifice – Taraba monarch

The Chief of Gassol in Taraba State, Alhaji Idi Chiroma, has said that Muslims who observed the 2025 Ramadan fast have demonstrated hight of religious sacrifice.
Chiroma made the observation on Sunday while addressing Muslims as part of event marking the 2025 Eid-el-fitr in Gassol Local Government Area of Taraba.
He noted that the Ramadan had fallen within a harsh climatic condition, encouraging his subjects to endure all challenges as they endured the past hash weather for the sake of religious fulfilment.
He stated that for those who would go back to their old ways may end up without blessings that come with Ramadan fast.
The monarch also eulogised his people to maintain their fear of God to benefit from the rewards meant for those who fear God.
Chiroma, who is a Second Class chief thanked Governor Agbu Kefas for his fight to ensure the security and safety of the people of Gassol.
He also commended the people of Gassol for working together with security agencies to end kidnapping and banditry in the area, appealing to the people to continue to live in peace with one another.
Chiroma begged the people who had grievances in the past to eschew bitterness and embrace love and peace among themselves.
