CRC-N No 1 Takum Holds 2025 Christmas Carol

The Christian Reformed Church – Nigeria, CRC-N Number 1, Takum in Taraba State has held its 2025 Christmas Carol.
Our Correspondent who reports that the Church was filled to capacity, added that
the event drew congregation from within Takum and its environs including dignitaries and prominent stakeholders in the area.
The Christmas carol which was organized by Dr. Bulus Maiyaki began with procession and lighting of candles from various groups.
In their addresses of welcome, Rev. Dr. David S. Fachano Host pastor and Rev Dawudu B. Tanko RCC Chairman, all welcomed the congregation for yet another Year of celebrating the Birth of Jesus Christ.
They emphasized the importance of the event, saying Christmas carol is purposely to sing songs of praise to glorify Jesus Christ.
In his Vote of thanks, the convener, Dr Bulus Maiyaki described the event as blissful, appreciating the turnout of the congregation from the entire Takum community
Dr Bulus advised christians to extend hands of fellowship by assisting their neighbors during the Christmas period to attract more blessings from God.
Delivering his message tagged “Don’t be Afraid”, the guest speaker, Rev Dawuda B. Tanko said Jesus Christ came to save mankind and to restore the world, hence the need for collaboration between believers.
The event featured rendition of songs from different groups such as gospel singers, Anglican choir of Jalingo among others.
