CHIEF CALEB CONGRATULATES GOV KEFAS, TARABANS,
ON 34th ANNIVERSARY

In commemoration of the 34th anniversary of the creation of Taraba State, a prominent Adamawa politician, Chief Caleb Andrew Myebangara has extended his congratulations to the state government and its people.

Chief Caleb Andrew Myebangara, a respected figure and Governorship hopeful in Adamawa state holding the title FCA (Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants), also known as the Shettiman Batta, conveyed his warm wishes to the Executive Governor of Taraba State, Dr. Agbu Kefas.
The state, famously tagged “Nature’s Gift to the Nation,” has been alive with celebrations marking this milestone across its various local government areas.
Chief Myebangara, who is also a governorship hopeful in the neighboring Adamawa State, described Taraba as a “twin sister” to Adamawa, highlighting their deep-rooted connections.

“I humbly join the Executive Governor of Taraba State, Dr. Agbu Kefas, on this 34 years of the existence of Taraba State,” Myebangara stated. “I have contributed to the galvanizing of the economy of the state for some years.
They are one of the good neighbours of Adamawa state.
We share common ties, culture and trade.”
He commended Governor Kefas one of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors for his leadership and developmental strides.
“Governor Kefas Agbu is a PDP Governor that has propelled the state to greater heights,” he said.
“He has performed well in terms of security, workers’ welfare, health, and other critical sectors.”
In a forward-looking statement, Chief Myebangara expressed his desire for future collaboration, adding, “I look forward to sharing ties with him in 2027.”
