Bauchi Gov Congratulates Dahiru Garba On Appointment As FRCN Zonal Director

The Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has congratulated Mallam Dahiru Garba Mohammed on appointment as the Northeast Zonal Director of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN.

The Governor’s congratulatory message is contained in a Press Release signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Comrade Muktar Gidado, a copy of which was obtained by Echo Express.
“Malam Dahiru Garba Mohammed, who hails from Bauchi State, has distinguished himself over the years as a seasoned broadcaster and media administrator.
“His outstanding service as General Manager, Fombina FM Yola, and formerly as General Manager, Globe FM Bauchi, has earned him national recognition for professionalism, dedication, and leadership excellence.
“Governor Bala Mohammed notes that this well-deserved appointment is a testament to Malam Dahiru Garba Mohammed’s merit, competence, and unwavering commitment to the ideals of public service”.
The Governor expressed confidence that his wealth of experience and deep understanding of the media landscape will greatly enhance the operations of the FRCN in the North East and beyond.
He therefore advised the new Zonal Director to justify the confidence reposed in him by bringing to bear his vast expertise, innovative ideas, and passion for public communication in advancing the mandate of the Corporation.
While wishing him success in his new responsibilities, Governor Bala Mohammed prayed for divine guidance and wisdom for Malam Dahiru Garba Mohammed to excel in this higher national assignment.
Echo Express equally recalled that Comrade Dahiru Garba Mohammed was a one time Chairman of the Bauchi State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ.
