ADAMAWA: GPF FIRES BACK AT ANTI-CREATION OF CHIEFDOMS
—-Says its support for Gov Fintiri is irrevocable

The Gongola People’s Forum has spit fire on those condemning the creation of more Chiefdoms and Emirates in Adamawa state, saying their actions are anti- progress and anti-masses.

The GPF at a high-powered press conference in Yola, the Adamawa state Capital led by the Secretary General, Chief Barrister Leonard Nzadon said the courage demonstrated by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri need to be supported and appreciated by all and sundry not condemnation.
“Those who think Governor Fintiri is against a particular group in the state are not only wrong but clearly being mischievous.We in GPF believe that the Governor has helped the party that benefited by the dismantled system by doing what they ought to have willingly surrendered decades ago”.
Leonard Nzadon emphasized that
“No one is willing to to remain under feudalism any more.The days of empires are over.Democracy has made us free and our people have embraced this with great enthusiasm and gratitude to God and to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri”.
The GPF use the forum to congratulate all the appointed Chiefs and Emirs and assured the new Royal Fathers of all support and cooperation.
The Gongola People’s Forum is a socio-cultural movement that comprised of all the ethnic nationalities in Adamawa state and beyond.
