ABOUT 31 CAMEROUNIAN MONARCHS TO ATTEND EMIR OF FUFORE’S CORONATION IN ADAMAWA

About 31 prominent Monarchs from the neighbouring Cameroun Republic will attend the grand Coronation and presentation of 2nd Class-Stafff-of-Office to the Emir of Fufore (Lamido Fuunage), His Royal Highness, Alhaji Sani Ahmadu Ribadu which is slated for 5th February 2025.
The Camerounian Monarchs expected at the event include; Lamido Gaudere, Lamido Turwa,Lamido Garua, Lamido Chebowa, Lamido Gasiga, Lamido Demsa, Chief De cotton Mogode and Lamido Meme.
Others are; Lamido Guividig, Lamido Gidigis, Lamido Wandala, Lamido Limami, Lamido Koussiri, Lamido Mokolo, Lamido Midiv, Lamido Yagua, Lamido Mol’votal, Lamido Bogo, Lamido Depos, Lamido Marwa and Lamido Purichimba.
Also invited are; Lamido Tete, Lamido Njumte, Lamido Voko, Lamido Gode, Lamido Bantaje, Lamido Gonna, Lamido Poli, Lamido Tchamba, Lamido Wangai and Lamido Beka.
A reliable source from the Palace confirmed to our Correspondent that the Royal invitation has already been extended to the monarchs who occupied the major northern parts of Cameroun Republic.
Investigation by our medium also revealed that there has been long standing relationship between the Adamawa Emirate, particularly, Late Ribadu’s family who are spread across the Cameroun Republic before even the pre-colonial era.
Fufore Emirate has about 12 Districts and the people are predominantly farmers, Traders and cattle grazers.

It has a huge historical facts because of its diverse cultural heritage, large land mass, historical sites, the ancient Gurin mosque, Yadim water falls, and boarders the famous lagdo Dam in Cameroun, which promotes trading and
certain cultural ties like inter-marriages, farming, language and religion.
The Information Officer, Fufore Local Government Area who is also the Secretary of Media and Publicity Committee, Mr.Ahmed Bala Yushau told our Correspondent through a telephone interview that “the entire Fufore town is wearing a new look because the Management of the local government has enforced sanitation in all nooks and crannies of the town.
The Township stadium which is the Venue of the event has been re-painted and is glowing like the one in Abuja.
Security personnel are on alert under, our able DPO here in Fufore”.
The media and Publicity Committee headed by Babangida Modibbo Umaru has recently convened a high-powered meeting and appraised how the coronation will be showcase to the nation and internationally.
Some media veterans from the Emirate including former Director General of the Voice of Nigeria, Alhaji Abubakar Jijiwa, Hamza Dasin of Sunshine FM Yola, Fidelis Jockthan of Radio Nigeria and Secretary, Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ Adamawa state Council, Jangai Adamu of ATV Yola, Muhammad Gurin of ABC Yola and other top politicians from Fufore axis are members of the committee.
