End of Year Festivities: Hon Mark Useni Bako Donates To Constituents

As the economic hardship bites harder, spirited individuals who are worried by the plight of the people especially the vulnerable, have continued to explore ways to cushion the hardships.
One such spirited individual who is always giving back to the people is the Member representing Ussa, Takum, Donga and Yangtu Special Development Area in the House of Representatives, Dr Mark Useni Bako.
Dr Mark Useni Bako recently distributed food and non food items to members of his constituency, irrespective of religious beliefs or political affiliation to celebrate the yuletide.
The Lawmaker always marches his words with action in his quest to put smiles on the faces of the people both in human and material development, which is his own little way of giving back to the society.
Among the items distributed were rice, vegetable oil, Spaghetti and assorted wrappers, sleeping mats and children clothes among others.
Presenting the items for onward distribution, Dr Mark Useni Bako who was represented by the Director General of his campaign organization, Hon Abershi Bobson said the kind gesture is borne out of his desire to bring succour to the people of his constituency and by extension giving back to the society.
Dr Mark Useni Bako said their plight remains a source of great concern to him, assuring the people of a brighter future while soliciting for their support and prayers so as to attract more dividends of democracy to the area.
He praised the resilience and sacrifice of the people even in the face of the economic hardships, adding that God’s willing, things will get better as the government has come up with reforms that seek to make life meaningful for the ordinary man.
He called on the people of the federal constituency to promote peaceful coexistence among them to pave the way for the government to execute projects that are of benefits to the people.
He appealed to youths not to engage in violence, charging them to conduct themselves as future leaders.
Dr Mark Useni Bako assured of quality representation as well as prioritizing their welfare to give them a sense of belonging and bring development close to their door steps.
The beneficiaries were full of praises for Dr Mark Useni Bako for his magnanimity and timely intervention.
They appealed to other politicians to emulate Dr Mark Useni Bako.
