ADAMAWA NUJ MOURNS PROF PATE’S MOTHER

The Adamawa State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ has commiserated with the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University, Kashere Prof Umaru Pate over the death of his Mother, Hajiya Husainatu Pate.

This is contained in a condolence message signed by the Secretary of the Council, Comrade Fidelis Jockthan.
“It’s really a sad moment to hear about the demise of your beloved Mother,Hajiya Husainatu Pate.
“Our hearts bleed as we light candles for a true mother and a devoted matriarch.
“Our thoughts wonder as we mourn a woman of uncommon aspirations and character of whose thumb print lies on your very person.
“But with all gratitude to the all Mighty Allah, your late mother left immense footprints on the sands of history.
“Hajiya Husainatu, a mirror of
an ideal woman will greatly be missed not by the Pate family only, but all who came in contact with her during her life times”.
The Adamawa State Council prayed for the repose of her soul, saying the thoughts and prayers of the members are with the Professor.
“Accept the heartfelt condolences of the state Chairman, Comrade Ishaka Donald Dedan and the entire Council members of our great union”.
