2027: TEPYOF Urges Hon. JAWAR To Contest For Taraba Senatorial Zone

The Taraba Energized Progressive Youth Forum (TEPYOF) has thrown its weight behind Hon. Abdulrazak Gidado (JAWAR), urging him to contest for the Senator representing Taraba North in 2027.
The Forum made the call in a statement signed by its Public Relations Officer, Comrade Yohanna Moses, and issued to journalists in Jalingo on Friday.
The statement said the Forum has over ten thousand members across the Northern Senatorial Zone in the state.
Hon. Gidado, a seasoned politician, previously contested for the governorship and the House of Representatives bye-election for the Jalingo, Yerro, and Zing federal Constituency in Taraba state.
Gidado’s experience and dedication to public service make him an attractive candidate.
His decision to join the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in February 2023, along with over 20,000 supporters, demonstrates his commitment to serving Taraba State.
As a member of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council and former UDP gubernatorial aspirant, Hon. Abdulrazak Gidado (JAWAR) brings valuable expertise to the table.
The Taraba Energised Progressive Youth Forum believes Gidado’s leadership will drive development and progress in Taraba North.
With his sights set on the senatorial seat, Gidado’s campaign is expected to gain momentum, offering a promising future for Taraba State as a whole.
“Hon. Abdulrazak Gidado is committed to empowering youth and promoting economic growth in Taraba State.
“Gidado’s experience in politics and governance makes him a strong contender for the Senator representing Taraba North in 2027.
“Therefore, we are calling on him to come and rescue us come 2027. We need him to represent us at the Red Chamber,” the statement concluded.
