2027: Taraba APC Support Group Wants Bashir Bakari To Contest Nguroje State Constituency Seat

Concerned supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Kaka Nation in Taraba State have called on Alhaji Bashir Bakari to contest for the Nguroje State House of Assembly seat.

The Group described him as the most capable candidate to represent the interests of the area.
Addressing journalists at a press conference, the group, under the banner of Concerned APC Kaka Supporters, said the call became necessary in view of the need for purposeful and people-oriented representation in the Taraba State House of Assembly.
The spoke person of the group Hon. Wilson Joji said, Alhaji Bashir Bakari, an illustrious son of Kaka Nation, possesses the experience, credibility and leadership qualities required to reposition the constituency.
He maintained that Bakari’s track record as Chairman of the Taraba State Hotels and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Fast Track Hotels Ltd stands him out as a successful businessman with both local and international exposure hence the call for him to serve his people.
According to the group, Bakari constant contributions to the development of Taraba State and Nigeria through his business ventures and philanthropic gestures, has earned him respect across party lines.
“Alhaji Bashir Bakari is widely known for his humility, simplicity and deep commitment to the welfare of the people. These attributes, coupled with his vast experience, make him the ideal candidate to represent Kaka Nation at the State House of Assembly,” the supporters said.
He expressed confidence that Bashir’s emergence would bring transformative leadership, effective legislation and meaningful development to Nguroje constituency and Kaka Nation at large.
The group therefore appeals to well-meaning sons and daughters of Kaka Nation, as well as APC stakeholders, to rally behind Bakari should he heed the call to contest, stressing that unity and collective support were key to achieving sustainable progress.
Joji called for cooperation among stakeholders to build a brighter future for Kaka Nation and Taraba State at large.
